Titan Insurance - Horrible Company
Mine was easy. I had basic liability sand paid every month.
In June I bought a new car around the same date the policy was due causing a change to the policy. No revised bill was sent. I also had my mail forwarded so I figured there would be a delay in receiving the revised statement. I received a call from my agent stating that I as in pending cancellation status.
We three-wayed to Titan who explained that a bill was in May for June???? and the bill had more than doubled. Yet, no one could provide a bill showing corrections. Long story short, I got no bill and they cancelled me anyway.
Now I am off to the Better Business Bureau and social media.
They don't think social media can shut down a business. Can't seem to reach my agent either.
Watch and see.
